Integral Shaker – Q-ISH The LMS Qsources Integral Shaker excites a very broad range of structures. Integrated force and acceleration tranducers allow accurate measurements. The internal transducers combined with a efficient mounting system and a patented internal stinger suspension provides maximum measurement efficiency. Typical test objects are: complete road vehicles, vehicle bodies, powertrain/ driveline, suspension systems, aircraft and railway bodies and systems, machinery up to 10 m or 15000 kg weight. The size allows the user to make accurate measurements in very narrow spaces and the internal 3D suspension system allows excitation in any orientation. Due to the unique suspension, the force is always aligned along the internal stinger axis. This improves the efficiency of testing significantly by eliminating all of the support and alignment work associated with conventional shaker testing.
